Pie Bird Bakeshop is a woman-owned, Seattle bakery specializing in both sweet and savory pies. We are known for our tender, buttery pie crust and our not-too-sweet fillings. We use European style butter and A LOT of it which we cut into stone-milled flour from Washington's Skagit Valley. We proudly source 90% of our produce from small local farms and bake seasonally to celebrate Washington's agriculture. We can't wait to see you at our Ballard pie shop, our farmers market locations, or at your front door with your monthly Pie Club delivery!
Order online today and pick up your pies fresh in store. Take a look at some of our past, present, and future favorites. Each pie is a local classic, baked fresh and never frozen, available only for a limited time.
Pies are delivered around the 15th of each month. You’ll get an email confirmation with exact timing based on your location.
